Job Description

FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the ranks as Phone Banking Officers at one of Pakistan’s leading banks.

Location: Saddar Cantt, Lahore

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (official transcript or degree required)

Experience: 0-1 year

Age Limit: 32 years

Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers over the phone regarding banking inquiries and transactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in basic computer applications.
