Job Description
Amanah Mall is excited to announce an opening for the position of Playland Operations and Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will oversee a variety of playland rides, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and conducting daily equipment inspections. Your responsibilities will also include welcoming customers, providing information about attractions and ticketing, and resolving inquiries or complaints to enhance their overall experience.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, relevant experience in customer service or amusement parks, and exceptional communication skills. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work flexible hours is essential.
