Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal / Campus Head to manage school operations at The Fit Day Club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and academic management skills to maintain high educational standards and foster institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee school administration and management.
- Implement educational policies and curriculum standards.
- Lead and mentor faculty members.
- Monitor academic performance and student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- 8-10 years in a leadership role in education.
Salary: PKR 500,00 – 700,00 per month
