Job Description
Axxon BPO is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients. Located in Saddar, Rawalpindi, this role involves assisting users with technical issues, addressing inquiries about our products, and ensuring excellent client interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver product support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, guide clients on features, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a support role, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work flexible night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
