Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee production planning, supervise teams, optimize processes, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance and inventory.
- Develop and execute production schedules; enforce quality and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), train staff, and resolve operational issues.
- Use production planning tools to monitor performance and control costs.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in production or manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with production planning systems.
