Job Description
B & H Surgical Instrument is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage daily operations in the production of our electrosurgical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production processes.
- Lead, train, and mentor production team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
