Job Description
Royal Fans Industries is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead, train, and mentor production staff while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
