Job Description
Trendline Construction Corp is seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator for selective demolition projects. This full-time, 12-month contract position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of precise project cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate estimates for demolition, hauling, and dumping.
- Assess project scope to establish man-hour requirements.
- Engage with clients on project details and cost breakdowns.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in demolition estimation.
- Strong skills in cost estimation and hauling logistics.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Pay: From $50,00 per month.
