Job Description
We are seeking a Project Officer (Enterprise Development) to support SME growth and business incubation initiatives. The role involves planning and implementing enterprise programs, coordinating stakeholders, conducting market research, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports and training materials, while ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards.
- Responsibilities: program planning and delivery, stakeholder coordination, M&E, reporting, and capacity-building support.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in project management or economic development; bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; strong communication and analytical skills; experience with M&E; proficiency in MS Office; ability to collaborate with diverse partners.
