Job Description
Location: Jasmine Mall, Bahria Town, Lahore
Company: Q-Links Property & Management Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process property transfer documents.
- Handle FBR tax forms and associated documentation.
- Draft agreements and official letters using MS Word.
- Maintain accurate property transfer records in MS Excel.
- Liaise with government and legal offices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in real estate documentation.
- Strong understanding of the FBR property tax process.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
