Job Description
Delta International PK is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager for our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in sourcing raw fish and seafood, including sea bream, barramundi, salmon, and shrimp. Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of the seafood industry are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of raw fish and seafood.
- Develop supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with the Proteins Business Unit.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Use SAP for procurement.
