Job Description
TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is actively searching for a Quality Assurance Executive to oversee and enhance our sales processes. This role involves auditing sales calls and interactions, generating QA reports, and delivering constructive feedback to improve performance.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or sales support, with a preference for candidates from a call center background. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
