Job Description
AV Private Limited, a leading business management consultancy in Pakistan, is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with our CEO and upper management to establish quality benchmarks, ensuring our services meet customer expectations.
Your responsibilities will include identifying quality control processes, executing tests, and brainstorming ideas for productivity improvements while maintaining accuracy and quality.
We require a graduate with experience in Customer Service or Quality Assurance, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in testing best practices and superb computer skills are essential.
