Job Description
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will monitor and evaluate call center interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with our service standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives.
- Develop quality scoring criteria aligned with objectives.
- Document call quality results for reporting.
- Collaborate with management on quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Experience preferred; freshers encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
