Protocall Outsource, a leading inbound contact center that delivers outstanding customer service solutions to UK taxi companies, is currently in search of a committed Quality Control Specialist. This role is essential in maintaining our high service standards through call evaluations, constructive feedback, and supporting our training programs.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate calls, assess communication skills, provide performance feedback, collaborate on process improvements, and generate reports to enhance overall quality.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of quality control experience in a contact center, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in call monitoring tools as well as Excel.
