Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Quality Evaluator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform live call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of call center experience and possess a bachelor’s degree. Strong communication skills, exceptional listening and analytical abilities are essential.
Proficiency in MS-Excel (including stats and graphs) is required. This position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs42,00.00 per month.
