Job Description
Q Real Estate is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pine Avenue, Lahore. In this role, you will oversee the contractual and financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while upholding our commitment to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include preparing cost estimates, conducting cost analyses, advising on procurement strategies, tracking design modifications, negotiating contracts, and performing site visits to monitor work progress.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, exhibit strong analytical and negotiation skills, and be proficient in quantity surveying software.
