Tandoori Restaurant is seeking a Query Management Officer to join our Marketing Department at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media, collect market data, communicate effectively with the sales team, and assist in tracking inquiry data.
Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing), alongside strong communication skills, patience, and a good understanding of social media platforms. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing is a plus.
