Job Description
Ashton Coopers (Private) Ltd is currently looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to become a valuable member of our team. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors, answering and managing phone calls, and maintaining a clean reception area. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information both in-person and through phone/email communications, handle mail sorting and distribution, ensure office security, order office supplies, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and perform various clerical tasks.
