Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is inviting applications for the role of Receptionist & Beautician. In this position, you will play a key role in managing client interactions, offering detailed information about our salon services, and transforming inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Handle phone calls and online inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments using salon management software.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills in Urdu, and a professional appearance.
