Job Description
Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is looking for a full-time Receptionist cum Phlebotomist for our Mardan branch. This position involves managing front-desk operations as well as performing blood collection procedures. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and technical expertise in phlebotomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly.
- Schedule appointments and handle billing.
- Perform blood collection and ensure proper sample handling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum intermediate education; phlebotomy certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Fluency in Pashto, Urdu, and basic English is a plus.
