Job Description
Join our team at FertEx Group of Chemicals as a Receptionist! We seek an organized and friendly individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and prior experience as a receptionist is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly.
- Assist with navigation around the office.
- Manage visitor logs and security badges.
- Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling, note-taking, and phone management.
