Job Description
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a polished, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Bahria Town office in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position is essential as it serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, contributing significantly to a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will greet guests, manage phone calls, direct inquiries, maintain a tidy reception area, schedule appointments, handle incoming mail, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Intermediate with experience will be accepted), along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
