Job Description
We are looking for a personable, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for our company. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and welcome visitors.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue identification badges when necessary.
