Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recovery Officer at Sports Pavilion Club Rawalpindi to manage the collection of overdue payments from our members.
- Monitor and track outstanding payments from members.
- Contact members via phone, email, or in-person meetings to address overdue balances.
- Negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes professionally, and maintain accurate records of payment collections and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile member accounts.
- Provide regular reports on recovery progress to management while handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
