Job Description
Cerberus Comm. is seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. You will partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates, and tracking recruiting metrics. Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media recruiting is preferred, along with proven experience in a similar role.
