Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources Department at our Head Office in Karachi, DHA Phase 8. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment processes.
Position: Recruitment Executive
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment
Salary: 60,00 – 70,00 PKR per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and publish job descriptions for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidates.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from screening to onboarding.
- Provide technical insights regarding job requirements for technical positions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
