Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Regional HR Officer to assist in maintaining personnel records for faculty and non-faculty staff and support various HR functions. Key responsibilities include processing HR transactions, tracking documents, managing Assessment Centers, and organizing training activities. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/MBA in HR, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month. Willingness to travel (75%) is preferred.
