Job Description
Indigo Developers is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and nurture client relationships in the Karachi region. This pivotal role requires leading a team of sales executives while formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 6–8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, along with exceptional communication skills are required.
Job Location: Karachi (in-person). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00/month.
