Job Description
Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Sindh. This full-time position requires a professional with exceptional communication and coordination skills to oversee our Sales Operations network and Field Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Field Sales Strategy for your designated region, ensuring the achievement of all objectives while upholding the company’s principles and policies.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within a leadership capacity, demonstrating a proven record of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
