Job Description
S.M.J International Industries is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Faisalabad region. Experience in sales within the lead-acid battery manufacturing industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead and support the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis.
- Manage customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- MBA in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
