Summary:
Seeking a Team Leader to manage financing for Construction Equipment (CE) and Crop Solution Business, including products like TLBs, Compactors, and Excavators.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Source and convert retail construction clients.
- Improve agency resource productivity.
- Monitor portfolio health and P&L.
- Provide committed service levels to customers and dealers.
- Ensure quality of sourced portfolios.
- Offer market intelligence and competition feedback.
