Job Description
NexEra is currently seeking a dedicated female Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home.
Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions. You will also recognize opportunities for upselling our products and services while adhering to our communication scripts.
To qualify, you should preferably have a high school education and be proficient in English. The salary starts at Rs18,00.00 per month.
