Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist with expertise in dental billing and coding. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing revenue cycles and managing claims for dental practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mastery of CDT codes and insurance billing protocols.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and manage claims.
- Track and resolve aged Accounts Receivable (AR) claims.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and generate financial performance reports.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of RCM experience in US-based dental practices.
- Proficiency in automated billing tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
