Job Description
ChishtiGlobal is an innovative software development agency based in Canada with a global reach. We specialize in the development of custom web and mobile applications that are tailored to the individual needs of our clients. We are a full-service agency that provides design, development, and maintenance of applications that meet the highest standards. We are looking for an expert UI designer, UX designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing Web & Mobile applications designs using Figma.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
- Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools: e.g., Figma.
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
- Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
- Communicating with external web services.
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Documenting application changes and developing updates
Requirements:
- Having 3+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography.
- Ability to create user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This includes understanding of component libraries and design systems.
- Competence in creating user-centric designs, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and interaction design. This includes conducting user research, creating personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Skills in designing for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a consistent and functional user experience across platforms.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate the flow and interaction of applications.
- Experience with Google Maps integration Modification and Styling.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Eagerness to adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience with Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
- A track record of successful UI/UX design projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
