Job Description
Barasti Club Private Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our vibrant establishment. Responsibilities include managing staffing, inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will hire and train staff, develop revenue strategies, maintain food safety standards, and handle customer feedback professionally. Collaboration with kitchen and bar staff is essential to create and update menus.
Applicants should have prior experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred.
