Job Description
Crumble Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Rider and Delivery Manager to oversee our team of riders. In this role, you will ensure timely, efficient, and safe deliveries while managing schedules, monitoring performance, and resolving issues to maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of riders by assigning routes and schedules.
- Monitor rider performance for timely and safe deliveries.
- Resolve delivery-related issues for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with other teams to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in logistics or delivery.
- Experience managing delivery personnel is preferred.
