Job Description
Al-Wafiq Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a committed Rider Coordinator to oversee and manage our rider operations, facilitating seamless logistics from the convenience of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups for riders.
- Maintain effective communication with riders, customers, and internal teams.
- Address and resolve any arising issues or concerns.
- Manage and update rider schedules and routes efficiently.
- Deliver top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Urdu, English, and Punjabi.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
- Must possess a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
