Goldengirl Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our Multan location. The ideal candidate will create sales plans and quotas that align with our business objectives while supporting Store Managers in daily operations. Responsibilities include evaluating performance, reporting regional sales results, forecasting profits, and identifying hiring needs. You will also prepare annual budgets and analyze market trends to discover growth opportunities. Problem-solving and innovative thinking to enhance customer satisfaction are essential.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree.
Experience: Over 18 years, including 5 years in an RSM position.
