Job Description
Bright Pathway is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage inbound client calls and successfully convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information about our services while actively engaging prospective clients to drive enrollment.
Key Responsibilities: Address client inquiries, maintain client records, distribute admissions communications, and process payments efficiently.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, exceptional English language proficiency, experience in admissions or customer service, and a proactive approach.
