Job Description
Pure Aqua Trading w.l.l is seeking a motivated full-time, in-person Sales & Customer Support Executive based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include handling Bahrain customer calls and WhatsApp, managing ERP tasks (invoices, job cards, quotations, receipts), overseeing AMCs, scheduling and coordinating field technicians, following up leads, resolving complaints, and tracking job activity.
- Requirements: prior customer support or online sales experience, strong English communication, ERP/CRM familiarity, multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Compensation: up to Rs40,00/month.
