Job Description
Daraz, an Alibaba company, seeks a Sales & Logistics Lead to drive B2B courier and logistics growth. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years’ experience in courier/logistics B2B sales. You will develop and execute business development strategies, identify and close new opportunities, manage end-to-end client onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate closely with operations, product, and finance teams; analyze market trends; and prepare proposals and reports for senior management. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong data analysis ability, customer focus, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a tech-oriented mindset, and the capacity to work independently.
