Job Description
Simcoe IT is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to a high volume of outbound customer calls.
- Actively listening to customer concerns and identifying their needs.
- Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Upselling or recommending additional products when appropriate.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs40,00.00 per month
Experience Required: 1 year in Marketing, Cold Calling, and Sales.
