Job Description
People Perfect is seeking a dynamic Sales and Support Team Lead to oversee our Sales Support team, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will set targets, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and coordinating with the Operations Team for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications include a BBA or MBA in Marketing or Sales, with 3-5 years of experience, including 2 years in sales or customer support leadership. Fluency in English and proficiency in CRM tools are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
