Job Description
Join the Ilyas Group of Industries as a Sales Coordinator! In this role, you will manage order processing and tracking, ensuring delivery accuracy and efficiency. You will be the go-to contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues while providing vital updates.
Your responsibilities include coordinating between sales, production, logistics, and supply chain teams, maintaining sales data and reports using CRM and ERP systems, and assisting in preparing quotations and contracts. Strong product knowledge is essential, and support to the sales team will be required.
