Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and grow our APAC SDR team. You will generate pipeline, coach and mentor SDRs, set regional targets, and align playbooks with Sales and Marketing to increase qualified leads and conversion rates.
- Responsibilities: build and manage a high-performing SDR team, implement metrics-driven processes, optimize outreach strategies, and coordinate across time zones to drive measurable results.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in sales development with 2+ years of people management, strong coaching skills, CRM and analytics experience, fluent English and relevant regional language skills, and ability to travel within APAC.
