Job Description
Channel Dispatch is seeking a competent Sales Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure, handling several changing factors while ensuring efficient truck scheduling. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Coordinating pickup and delivery schedules
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing drivers’ logs and documenting all calls and deliveries
- Completing shipment paperwork like invoices
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines
