Job Description
AS Group of Companies seeks a motivated Sales Executive (Outbound Calling) to join our in-person, full-time team. You will place outbound calls to company-provided leads, clearly present products and services, convert prospects into sales, and maintain accurate call and sales records. You are expected to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- One-week professional training and ongoing support provided.
- Compensation: fixed monthly salary from Rs52,00, attractive commissions, performance bonuses, and career growth opportunities.
- Requirements: strong verbal communication, target-driven mindset, basic sales knowledge or willingness to learn. Prior sales or call center experience is a plus.
