Job Description
Medatron, a prominent leader in the Healthcare IT industry located in Pakistan, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Johar Town, Lahore office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US customers, providing them with essential information about our products and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers via phone, deliver product information, accurately enter data into our portal, and follow up on intricate case resolutions.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
