Job Description
SMJ International Industries seeks a Sales Management Trainee to support field sales operations. This full-time, in-person role assists promotional campaigns, attends dealer meetings, prepares daily and weekly sales reports, conducts market visits to monitor competitors and trends, identifies new dealers and sales opportunities, and works to achieve monthly and annual targets. The position requires extensive regional travel and strong proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and 1–3 years of field sales experience (battery or automotive preferred). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
